My wife and I took the Charleston Food tour and loved it. We learned history related to the addition of food groups as different populations moved into the Charleston area. I would recommend that you haven’t eaten before you go on the tour.

My mother and I took the afternoon food tour with Andrew and it was wonderful! He was so knowledgeable about both the loca history and food history of how the food was developed. He was also very personable and all the food was wonderful

The tour is two hours and our restaurant and food stops are pretty close together. I would say you would only be walking outside a total of maybe about 30 minutes of the tour.
