Captain Dave and his First Mate Sam were awesome! We had a group of 13 adults and they showed us a great time! Gear up for some fantastic history lessons, lots of laughs and an overall damn good time. Highly recommended. We will be back, Cap’t. Thank you!

Our family took a 2 hour cruise on the Ship of Fools. The day was perfect and the service was fantastic. We had an active 18month old with use and the crew was super and accommodated all of our needs. Captain Dave was entertaining as well. This was a perfect day for us and one of the less expensive cruises we have taken and or looked into. You can bring tour own refreshments and alcohol which was cost effective as well. We had 13 people, but they can accommodate even more. It was especially nice that it was just our group, plenty of room... not crowded with strangers. I hope we can take a longer cruise on our next trip!

We could not have asked for a better experience from Capt. Dave and the Carolina Marine Group. Our friend booked a half day tour for 6 of us and upon showing up, Capt. Dave informed us we would be able to take out a larger boat that gave us more space with no extra charge! He took us to all the sites and gave us a little bit of history at each one. They let us bring our own food and beverages on board as well. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone. They were extremely accommodating not to mention Capt. Dave's commentary was hilarious.

Perfect evening with a beautiful sunset. Captain Dave and Nicole did a great job giving us some history of Charleston and making for an overall fun evening. Seeing the city from the water is a definite must do!

Use this company for a sunset cruise. Dave was an awesome guide and the trip was well worth it. After researching a handful of companies in the area this one was by far the best value and the trip proved it!! Use them and you won’t be disappointed also you will like the free bottle of champagne !
