WOW where to begin....everything about the floating tiki was beyond awesome! We did a private 4 hour rental for about 14 people for a bachelor/bachelorette party and had the best time! Everything from when we first arrived and were greeted with a case of Bud to the boat ride out to the tiki to being able to swim, dive, dance, chill, whatever you want on the tiki was awesome! Everyone who worked there was super attentive, they even made a beer run for us and they also made sure we never had an empty drink in our hand! The tiki is a good size and there is something for everyone. You can stay dry and in the shade, there was a table if you wanted to sit and eat, all kinds of floating mats and things to chill in the water on and you had the rooftop deck too if you wanted to sunbathe. All in all, it was the highlight of our weekend and we all would 10/10 recommend it to anyone! Awesome time if you're looking to do something in Charleston with a big group.

It really was an awesome outing. Marshall and Drew were outstanding! I did have a a couple of issues with the cleanliness of the hut and floats. Also I was called the day of my event and asked if I could move it up 2hours earlier. REALLY?! If these 2 issues weren't in play, this would have been PERFECT! I also think the price is a little steep.

Hydro fly is definitely something everyone should do while in charleston or myrtle beach. It is the coolest thing I have done. I booked my "flight" with Sam and had a great time. They are cool dudes and make you feel so comfortable. Took me 5 min to figure it out and I was up and flying.

Waited an hour at the dock. Guys called me back to real me that a bachelorette.party had booked till 6pm. Internet booking showed all time slots open. Ruined our whole last day of vacation. As of today, still haven't gotten a refund.

The place is completely unreliable. I did not expect such terrible service. We were waiting around for over 50 minutes asking people nearby to ensure we were where we were supposed to be. Turns out we were at the right place, they were just a no show! We finally left because the next customers had arrived and there was no point in waiting any longer.

I booked a Tiki Hut for a bachelorette party over the weekend. We were a large group of 14 and had an amazing time. The weather was great, the floats were fun, and the boat driver even went to the marina to pick up Uber Eats for us. That being said, the boat driver also allowed about 10 of his friends to come onto the hut and use the floats which was a little weird. He let his friends dock their boat next to the tiki hut and come on. I think it was very strange considering we paid for the whole tiki hut.

It was Fun but.....when you take your Own waterproof Camera they willllllllllllllll NOT take pics or Videos of you because they Think that you can do it own your Own so i was Veryyyyyy Disappointed it that way that they do business and we paid for them to take pics and Videos but when we were done they Said we didnt so i Would Not go back because of that i think they should do it Esp if its PAID for its also Hard to get to stand up too

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I booked and paid for a 20 Minute Flyboard Experience for my boyfriend and I on Sunday, August 25 2019, at 10 am & 10:20 am. Before coming out I received a text from +1 (804) 437-2054 telling me they had scheduling issues and they needed to move me to 12pm. That unfortunately wasn’t going to work for us because our hotel checkout was at 12 as well, so I asked to see if we could come earlier then 10 or just get issued a refund. They said they would issue a refund and I should receive it in 2/3 business days. A week has gone by , I’ve called numerous times (no one answers), left numerous voicemail messages and text the guy who cancelled my previously scheduled appointment and keep getting the run around about my money. $244 was spent and I can’t seem to get my damn money back. Horrible company! I’ll be reporting them if I don’t get my refund. I would recommend you find another company cause these folks are scammers

I am by no means an athlete. I weightlift on occasion but I definitely don't do watersports. I stumbled across HydroFly and decided to roll the dice on the potential of an awesome experience.
Let me get this out of the way, you're going to fall, a lot. After about five or so stumbles I was getting the hang of it. They say that it takes about 10 minutes to get over the learning curve and give or take they're not wrong. I was hitting my stride in about seven. Just listen to the tips from the instructor on the wave runner and it'll click.
My only regret was that I went solo. It would have been a great experience to share with friends. The standard session on the water is 20 minutes. After my session I was fairly worn out and couldn't imagine spending another 10 minutes on the water, at least not on the board.
Tip: Get the photo/video package.

We went for my bachelorette party, and had such an incredible time! Sam and his crew are such wonderful people, and definitely made the trip from Beaufort totally worth it. An amazing crew, and an amazing activity!

The Charleston water keeper website mentions that the Brittlebank Park area has water quality issues, and that it is probably not safe to swim in. Where do these guys take you out to on the Ashley River? Is it safe to swim there, and how can a cautious traveler verify that it is indeed safe? Please let me know. Thanks!

Yes. There’s no reason u need to k ow how to swim as the fly board held u love through the water and you are provided with a helmet and life jacket
