About
Historic Charleston, SC has more to offer than many people know. Quietly, nestled in the heart of the South, Charles’ Town plays host to a spectacular red drum and shark population. While visiting this great city, you might want to consider some drag screaming, rod bending, arm tiring action in our waters. Charleston fishing charters serves Charleston Harbor, Kiawah, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island.

My wife and I were in Charleston for our 10 year anniversary, and I wanted to spend half a day fishing, while the rest of the trip was catered towards her interests. I love to fish more than most people, but know almost nothing about the saltwater scene. I wanted to learn more about it, as I have an inland saltwater boat on order, and chose Capt. Geoff based on his experience. Capt. Geoff put us on fish almost immediately and we stayed busy the entire time. We caught several nice redfish as well as numerous trout and a few other bonus species. I had a real good time casting artificial lures to schools in really shallow water, that Capt. Geoff would direct me towards from the poling platform. My only regret is not booking a whole day. I can't wait to go back!

Geoff took us on a nice charter and tour of the backwater off folly beach. We fished several spots and got to see a side of the inland water we would not have seen if not by boat. We caught lots of small fish on light tackle and had a great time. Our highlight was a 22" Redfish and a couple keeper speckled trout that he filleted and got cooked for dinner. They made for an outstanding meal. The sea trout was super buttery and an excellent treat. Geoff was very knowledgeable and knew the water well. The boat and tackle were adequate and he put us on fish in several different spots as the tide came in. We had a memorable time and will definitely charter with Geoff again next time we vacation at Folly Beach.

My two sons and I had an afternoon fishing trip with Geoff for trout and anything else that would bite. Our first stop was on a point with an incoming tide. The bite was on within the first few minutes. We caught so many fish we lost count. We had lots of fun and will book again.

Capt Geoff was early ready and prepared. He knew what he was doing, made it a great experience and we caught 5 different species and a couple Goliath redfish in the 20-30 pound area.

The captain was very knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and knew how to fish. We caught 8 fish during our 4 hour tour, 2 Rays, 2 Red fish ( dads was bigger than Troys hahah), and 4 SHARKS!!!! It was a great experience we will be charting Rick again next year.
Thanks, Rick
