This is a fun place to visit. They had a mystery play with audience participation. Several people in the audience were given parts to read and it was enjoyed by all. They have food and drinks. Very reasonable.

My wife and I were totally impressed with not only the venue, but how personable the entire staff was from the time we entered the front door. The skit was really entertaining and the fact that they had audience participation, was even more enlightening. I...More

Thank you so much! And thanks for the tip! Our place shouldn't smell of smoke, and since I am very sensitive to it myself, I know that it usually doesn't. Hope you'll come back again!

If you either live in Charleston or are visiting, The Black Fedora Comedy Mystery Theatre is a great time. Reasonably priced and conveniently located near the old slave market in downtown Charleston ( plenty of near-by parking), the theatre is interactive in style with the...More

I was hesitant to book this for the four of us but I’m so glad I did. We had the best time. The audience participation made the experience very humorous! We will definitely go back on another visit to Charleston.

Things To Do in the Evenings? (12 Replies)
I typically plan full days of walking, touring, and sight seeing for the Mr and I. That means we are usually tired by the end of the evening. For that reason we don't usually stay up too late, but I do like to plan a couple of evening activities. We are not huge drinkers so hanging out in a bar wouldn't be our thing. We enjoy theatre but that doesn't seem to be an option for late June / early July. Does anyone have an opinion on The Black Fedora Comedy Mystery Theatre? There are not many...More
