My wife and I were totally impressed with not only the venue, but how personable the entire staff was from the time we entered the front door. The skit was really entertaining and the fact that they had audience participation, was even more enlightening. I...More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the audience participation murder mystery. It will not be everyone’s cup of tea (a couple ladies next to us looked very bored) but for the vast majority of people, it is great fun (even if the play is a...More

Thank you so much! And thanks for the tip! Our place shouldn't smell of smoke, and since I am very sensitive to it myself, I know that it usually doesn't. Hope you'll come back again!

I was hesitant to book this for the four of us but I’m so glad I did. We had the best time. The audience participation made the experience very humorous! We will definitely go back on another visit to Charleston.

This was a fun way to spend a few hours in Charleston! You can volunteer to participate or not....and I'm sure depending on the audience some nights can be funnier than others! The cast was great...funny and entertaining! You can get drinks and apps there....I...More

What a great idea! This was a fun evening and the best part was not having any idea what to expect. Volunteer or don't; but you will be laughing! Small menu, good prices. Make sure you come with room for dessert. Yummy!

I visited the Black Feodora alone. The seating was very welcoming and nice. The audience was encouraged to participate and play a role in the play. You don’t have to, but it’s so much more fun to do it! And don’t worry, you receive all...More

Things To Do in the Evenings? (12 Replies)
I typically plan full days of walking, touring, and sight seeing for the Mr and I. That means we are usually tired by the end of the evening. For that reason we don't usually stay up too late, but I do like to plan a couple of evening activities. We are not huge drinkers so hanging out in a bar wouldn't be our thing. We enjoy theatre but that doesn't seem to be an option for late June / early July. Does anyone have an opinion on The Black Fedora Comedy Mystery Theatre? There are not many...More
