This business has shown me outstanding customer service. My wife loves having a spa day at Urban Nirvana. The best we've found in the Charleston area. A gift card to this place makes a great gift.

I purchased 2 items during a seasonal sale that I decided were not appropriate for a work gift exchange. At the time I spent $150 for all of my purchases. I was told it was a final sale and I could not exchange. Keep in mind these items are currently still being sold. It’s not as if I went back a year later. At the time of this attempt, I was about to purchase an additional $50 in 2 items. I left. They have lost my business. They have nothing to offer I can’t get elsewhere. Not a smart decision on their part.…

If you're looking for a no-frills kind of place to get a message in Charleston, I highly recommend Urban Nirvana, also known as the Spa at Wentworth Mansion. Outside patrons are allowed to visit this spa. I was in town for a short trip and wanted somewhere that wasn't super expensive to get a massage. My therapist (Brittany) was amazing and friendly. She focused on just the right spots with perfect pressure applied. The environment is on the smaller side, but very clean and relaxing. There is only one restroom that I saw, and one dressing room/shower.…

This spa is in the carriage house of a beautiful mansion. I had to drive around a bit to find a place to park, be aware of the street sweeping schedule, but parking was free. The spa is absolutely beautiful, the brick, iron and beams speak to it's history, but the sound of water and lighting had me relaxed before I got to the check in area. They have lockers for you to store your things and a soft robe to slip into. They also have a shower should you need to wash off after your massage. Jordan was wonderful! He struck the perfect balance between relaxing and beneficial. I left feeling great.…

This was the 2nd time my wife and I have had massages at Urban Nirvana and we have been impressed both times. I wish I could remember the masseuses names but by the time we were finished, my brain, like the rest of my body, was just totally relaxed! The location is right next to the Wentworth Mansion which is where we are staying for Christmas again this year, so very convenient. The spa itself is nicely decorated and comfortable but the main entrance from the adjacent room is needing some TLC. Nothing serious; just a little paint and cleaning plus it’s unclear where to proceed after entering the first door. We will do this more often (I hope)!…
