Fine but not breathtaking. It was nice to see but not anything to go wild about. A few historic colorful houses next to each other. Along with a bunch of people trying to take Instagram pics...

Just grab a phone or a camera and take pictures and there will be no bad pictures. Absolutely beautiful. I recommend the Rainbow Row

This is a great spot for a nice little walk, you get this lovely view of these rainbow painted houses, with some neat little shops along the way.

Saw Rainbow row while touring the East Side of the city. It's a neat sight and as part of the whole tour, was very nice. Would not expect it to be the destination, though.

Fun to photograph, fun to explore on foot, but we saw this on a horse-drawn carriage ride, which adds the informative and educational narrative of the driver. There is much to know about the architecture here as it relates to the history of the town.

The 13 homes that make up Rainbow Row are a joy to behold, especially considering their rough history. Each is unique and worth photos. A few are even for sale, if you have a few million dollars to spare!!

While it's nice to see and take pictures, it was nice to learn about the area and the colors on our tour.

This is a "have to visit" location in historic downtown Charleston. Love the old buildings. All within close walking distance of all the great historical buildings.

while touring and walking the area, we walked down rainbow row. It was a neat little walk with cool buildings! The kids enjoyed seeing different buildings.

It’s not just a row of old homes but a piece of Charleston lore. We walk this area every time we come to Charleston. It’s a never miss location.

It's all pedestrian-friendly since it's an open neighborhood street. You can walk along the sidewalk and I'm sure you can bring your pup!
