We walked down after lunch and my 3 year old thoroughly enjoyed playing in the fountains! Great free entertainment for kiddos who like to play in water.

We always enjoy walking around the fountain and swing on the pier at Park. The sound of children laughing in fountain and music by local artists are great. This year we arrived a little later so we could watch the full harvest moon rise over...More

We went here in the early hours of the morning when Charleston was quiet and had the place to ourselves. The cool breezes blowing in from the Atlantic kept the humidity from stifling the air, and we enjoyed a romantic walk.

Sit by the pineapple, do breathing exercises and let your mind be free. Listening to the water and not worrying about anything else will leave you to be at peace with yourself

Beautiful park on the waterfront. The kids brought bathing suits and played in the pineapple fountain and we went onto the pier and listened to banjo tunes from the large swings. We weren't able to spot any dolphins.

We walked along the park, and really enjoyed the shade and mist from the water fountain. We saw a Carnival Cruise ship docked while we were there. Not too many wacko street people, but some, so be careful. No more than any big city downtown, I...More
