You can walk through the school's campus freely. Most of it is incorporated with the city itself so students and tourists alike can visit.

As a graduate of The College, it will always be a special place to visit. I enjoyed taking my children there to walk across campus. Points of interest include Randolph Hall, The Cistern, and Porter's Lodge. Definitely visit this campus if you are visiting Charleston!

The College of Charleston is a beautiful gem, in the center of the city, in old historic buildings. How can a public college be this cute? Even the newer buildings are beautiful, and in keeping with the city. A must see.

My husband attend the C of C so we are a bit biased but it is one of the prettiest college campuses I've seen! Trees dripping with moss, gorgeous fountains, beautiful brick buildings- it is definitely worth a look!

Daughter and father visited this beautiful college campus in late June. The staff and the student guide were terrific and had every detail and answered every question. The campus and the architecture is beautiful. I would even recommend a tour of the campus to people not interested in attending but wanted to learn more about the history of the city... More

Came upon the College of Charleston quite by luck on the Sunday morning of our departure. We were walking around rather early and ventured upon the college. Lovely campus, taking us back in time. The buildings hold such history and the grounds were so picturesque. There is some construction going on so that took away from the look somewhat, but... More

Nice to walk around and see the historic architecture mix with modern day buildings and homes turned frat houses but still have their charm!

Probably most visitor's to Charleston don't think about strolling this beautiful campus. It's one of my frequent distinations when taking visitor's for a walk through Charleston. The charm and history of the College .. words are difficult to describe the feeling one gets from being on the grounds, seeing the lovely homes now housing various departments associated with the College....
