Vegans! Candy Galore for you!

So, we're looking for dessert after eating dinner out and I know everyone else is going to go for something traditional, and by that I mean something a vegan like me cannot eat. So, I'm thinking I'm doomed when all of a sudden I see this store called It'Sugar! Well, there's GOT to be something in there for me! As soon as I walk into this store, I know it's great. They're playing fantastic music and I immediately start dancing my way through the store. I make it up to the counter and I ask the lovely girl there what's she got that's vegan. She pulls out this enormous book and says something like, "I can tell you that! I've got a whole list of vegan stuff right here!" Now THIS is my kind of store! She starts listing off a ton of vegan candies, but none of them are chocolate, which is what I'm craving. So I ask her about the chocolates and she says something depressing like, "Ohhh... that might be a problem." I look down at the candies right there in front of the cash register and see a line of chocolate bars. I ask "What about these?" She says, "They're milk chocolate." I say, "Well, this one says it's dark chocolate with fruit, let's read the ingredients." VEGAN!!!! I plop down my moola, and some extra for the lollipop that helps the kids' charities and I thank the lovely girl for her wonderful service. She says that I am the first person to ever ask for vegan candy and she was happy she could finally use the book. I tell her I'm glad that she has a book to use 'cuz most stores don't! SO! The moral of the story is ... It'Sugar and It'Sensational!

Sweet and Fun!

We got way too much candy, but love the fact that you can pick out your own assortment - including individually colored gummy bears. I got a whole bag of green! They also have fun trinkets that I could spend hours browsing.

My daughter visited the day prior & could not stop talking about the malt ball table. So we had to see for ourself. It's a cute store w/ a sweet for everyone.

Wide selection of different candies and snacks plus toys. Great atmosphere and location being in broadway. I would take the WHOLE ENTIRE FAMILY THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
