By far, one of the Most Fun Experiences in all of Charleston. Graham was our guide & he was serious about safety & listening to his instructions, which I appreciated as this was my first time driving a Speedboat & I was with my son. As promised we had a great time & followed his lead & later had plenty of time to open up the levels of speed which was beyond enjoyable. We’re gonna do it again for sure.

Terse and humorless guide who only showed a hint of friendliness when it was time to receive a tip. This is NOT "fully narrated" -- he led us to maybe four or five places along the 13-mile tour and said maybe a few sentences about each. Made a point of saying "do NOT reach out to him" on the walkie-talkie during the trip unless it was an emergency. So -- you're not supposed to ask questions or otherwise "bother" him during the 90-minute (and it was probably less than that) experience. The boat itself is fun -- but that's all it is. Don't expect anything more than a trip around the harbor for your money.

Driving these speedboats around is outrageously fun and the views are great. This has become a regular activity for every time I visit Charleston. Only downside is you're at the mercy of the weather, so watch the forecast. (If they have to cancel because of weather, though, you get a refund pretty quick.)
