Of all the history and photo tours I have taken part in, this was the best. Joyce is a fun, knowledgeable guide. Not only does she possess a wealth of historic information, she has a photographer's eye and shares her artistic ideas with you. Your photography will be improved after one tour with Joyce. She's great! The area you tour... More

Joyce was delightful; not only does she have a thorough knowledge of Charleston's history but with her friendly nature and witty personality, the tour seemed to fly by. Joyce's love of Charleston was obvious and her tour has you falling for this city too. With her photography tips, we have many wonderful postcard-perfect pictures. I would definitely recommend this tour... More

We were able to squeeze this tour in on our long trek from Florida to DC. We chose this specific tour because Joyce added a photographer's viewpoint as well as historical information. We were so happy and thoroughly enjoyed the tour with Joyce! She offered us a fact filled tour and showed us several unique ways of documenting our walk... More

Differently worth the price! This tour starts in Myrtle Beach where a bus picks you up at an assign point and transports to Charleston. There you will have a carriage ride through downtown Historical Charleston with a knowledgeable tour guide. After the carriage ride you can experience the Charleston City Market to shop. Next you are transported by bus to... More

What a great tour. We were able to see many of the homes in downtown Charleston and hear about the history of them without worrying about traffic. We also saw some of the old courthouses learned about their history. If you can I highly recommend a bus/carriage tour and a walking tour to get the best of both.

Although my husband and I arrived in Charleston 2 days ago and had already ridden around this small town, we decided to take a walking tour to learn more about the landmarks. What a delight Joyce was! Her wealth of information covered not just historic landmarks, but also culture, architecture, and social color that helped to make the 2 hours... More
