Meyer Vogl Gallery is the best fine art gallery I’ve ever visited. The energy is wonderful and you instantly feel at ease when you walk through the doors. The art is as wonderful as the staff. They are kind and so helpful, whether it’s finding the perfect painting or sharing their favorite recs for lunch in town. 10/10 recommend a visit during your next trip to Charleston.

In a city home to so many galleries, the Meyer Vogl Gallery stands out.The gallery is owned and operated by local artists. We were lucky enough to meet one of the artists and watch her paint on site. This place captures the true feeling of southern hospitality through their helpful staff and elegant artwork. They have collections of beautiful landscapes, abstract pieces and also feature works from guest artists. Truly a one of a kind gallery.

Upon my first trip into this impressive gallery, I walked out with a painting! It has been hard to resist buying more! The artist compliment each other beautifully creating a vibrant, charming space. Everyone in the gallery is engaging and friendly. Additionally, the gallery is in the heart of town making it easy to pop in for a visit. I look forward to my next visit!

This is one of the most beautiful and inspirational galleries that I have visited. It's unique, eclectic and lovely all in one.
The caliber and variety of artists displayed are one of a kind. Take your senses, soul, and body on a journey through the eyes of Charleston’s most talented artists.
The icing on the cake is the amazing women who own and run Meyer Vogl Gallery. Stop and ask them about their story. It’s pretty incredible. I left this little gem with the biggest smile on my face and butterflies in my soul. Thank you to Marissa, Laurie, and Katie for a memory I won’t soon forget.

This is a great little gallery. There are two floors with a variety of art on both floors. The lower level has the featured artist. The people who work there will answer any questions about the art and artists. This is a perfect place to visit.

What a wonderful addition to the Charleston Gallery scene! Artists Laurie Meyer and Marissa Vogl strike such a warm and elegant vibe with this gorgeous gallery, but it's the artwork you come to see.
Marissa's work is a vibrant and joyful expression of color whether it is an abstract marsh, or an expressive bird. Laurie's gorgeous use of light and gesture draws you into the painting where you find masterful brushwork to linger over.
In addition, I was lucky enough to visit during their "She" exhibit...A collection of extraordinary works by nationally renowned artist Quang Ho & Dan Beck as well as Diane Eugster, and Holly Irwin, Kate Long Stevenson and Anna Sims King.
Charleston has no shortage of galleries, but this one is not to be missed!
