Birthday Party staff sucked..
This year was our 2nd year in a row having a child's birthday party. Last year the host was so helpful , balls were on the lanes for all the kids she continuously checked on us , and was never intrusive. This year was horrible, Katie our host was almost never seen.. she said Id have to grab all the balls myself, her only job was to bring pizzas and clean up afterwards.. which a 20% gratuity was charged for her doing absolutely nothing.. no mess was left besides some shoes and wiping counters. The worst part was her interrupting me during gift giving for my son to take care of the bill when we still had 1 hour left of the party !! Told me Pizzas would be ready at 230 and then came out at 235 to let me know they just put the Pizzas in because the "cook needed a break" so it would be 20 more minutes...when I saw over 6 employees in the kitchen ! I refuse to have another party there.. overly staffed with not so great staff. Paying over 300 dollars for a birthday party that takes 1.5 hours I expected alot more.

Such a great place. We played bowling, we played in a game room, we ate at the bar (chicken quesadilia, taco salad, wings and beef nachos)
Everything was great.
We had a chance to hit happy hours so drinks were very good priced!
We will definitely go back.

Went on a rainy day and was ruined by employees. Bartender was playing trivia game, doing shots behind the bar with the $7/hr manager. (Who said our kids were cheating) NOT!
Seemed like any time we tried to get a beer, the bartender was in "party mode" only making conversation with his boyfriend sitting at the end of the bar.... so disappointed!!

We didn't get what we paid for, management on staff wouldn't go above and beyond to make us happy and they further insulted a person in our group. Upon calling the owner, the owner interrupted frequently, and insisted her staff had advised us to pay per game rather than the per hour rate. While there we were asked to change the name of a bowler, which included no profanity, because company policy dictated as such. The owner said that the situation was handled poorly on both sides. I disagree. We were frustrated, but polite with the staff, we did not use profanities or raise our voices. The only thing we asked for that night was to allow us to finish our games or offer us something toward our next game. At this point, all we ask is that they better train their management for future customers. Overall, we spent about $350, got descent food, expensive bowling, rudeness from the management, and acknowledgement from the owner that the situation was not well handled by either party. I recommend spending your money elsewhere on entertainment. And if you want to bowl, go to Savannah or Beaufort.

There’s not a lot of places too host a party in Bluffton unless your equipped to do it at home. Not like Hilton Head where the choice is rather where to have it. So Station 300 has the birthday party option cornered.

There is someone who books your event and a host who is available at your event to assist.

They worked with us because the time I chose wasn’t a standard time. It didn’t interfere with the leagues. We had the room in the back for us. They set up with tablecloths and bowling paper plates and cups. You bring everything else. It’s pretty big, saucy enough for 30 kids easy.

They put us at lanes 1 and 2 so we had long couches which is very cozy. The kids bowled for an hour then we went into the rented room and had pizza, which was good. 2 largest were good for 8 kids. Then we did an art project I brought followed by cake and opening presents. At the end, the kid are given arcade cards for $5 and that goes extremely fast! So do it last.

Everyone was helpful and nice and even the bowling alley gave my child a nice gift. It doesn’t come cheap. $200 the lowest package and then add on your expenses; cake, favors, decorations. But again, there’s not a lot of options.

This is a great way to have a fun rainy day or if you just need a break from the beach! We mostly used the bowling alley and arcade. All were perfect for our young ones. The bowling alley has bumpers and ramps for the little kids and the arcade seemed reasonably priced to get tickets and prizes. Fun time!

The customer service is awful. Food order was wrong. The game room is outrageously priced! Took over 20 minutes to get some help for my 3 yr old to get his prizes with the tickets he won, even after asking for someone to help.

We went here on a very HOT day to get out of the sun, and neither of us thought it was gonna be such a good time. It's a bowling ally like I've never been to before, it has waitresses and a very nice restaurant inside, along with a really modern arcade. I really like the fact the someone came over while you are bowling to ask you if you wanted drinks or food, the happy hour deal is really good and makes the whole experience that much better. We had a great waitress named Haley who really took great care of us and was right on top of everything. This place is great for adults and kids and should be a standard for any bowling ally. I would highly recommend Station 300

They are running a special where kids play for a reduced rate over the summer. Might even be free. So we go once a week and always have a good time. It is a great place for a couple hours of good, clean, family fun in an air conditioned environment. No complaints whatsoever. I especially like the maize and blue color scheme they used.

Went there at 5PM on a rainy Sat afternoon only to find the entire place closed until 7PM for private party. Went inside and there were hardly any people in the place. What kind of a business closes the entire facility at this time on a Saturday? I wish there was an alternate facility in Bluffton and these people would not get another dime of my money!
