If you are ever in Beaufort the. You should stop at the waterfront. You won't be disappointed. So much room for kiddos to run around and the park is great. The boats are nice to watch and the horses are friendly. Very relaxing.

We go to Beaufort whenever we vacation in Hilton Head. Lunch on a back porch along Bay St., shopping, but for sure, a walk in the park, a turn on the swings and a soulful view of the boats and the waters of Harbor River

The park was extremely well maintained with plenty of benches and swings. The playground is large for kids and the bathrooms were nice. Parking is $1 an hour. The grassy area is large and would be great for a picnic over looking the bridge and water!

A wide expanse of grass fronting the Beaufort River, swings to while away an afternoon on the waterfront, tablets telling the fascinating history of the town, restaurants lining the park with outdoor dining on the waterfront, this place has it all. There is also a children's playground, a marina and two sets of public restrooms. I cannot think of anything they... More

My family of 4 visited Beaufort this weekend. The waterfront park had much to offer. The views were amazing, the restaurant selection was fabulous. We had a great walk through the park & ate on the waterfront on both Friday evening & Saturday. Saturday the park was full of families playing & a few street performers. What a wonderful sight!... Nothing creepier than a park that is empty. This Park ROCKS! From coffee in the AM to lunch at a restaurant or on a swing, to kids and dogs playing...nightlife too...a WONDERFUL place to be!

Great little area to explore. The park was clean and safe. Everyone was friendly in passing. Dogs are welcomed and plenty of clean up stations. Many eateries along the path. We enjoyed lunch then walked a couple blocks for fro yo. We wrapped up the afternoon relaxing on the oversized swings looking out over the water. Will visit again. Great... More

Just the right setting for a light lunch and coffee before heading up the Point for a walk through the historic district. A panoramic view of the Beaufort Harbor with the give and take of boats on the move, this park has been designed for both residents and tourists looking for a place to relax and talk. Nicely developed with... More

This is a very nice park on the waterfront. It has benches, a play ground for children, and several places to eat. After spending some time walking around Beaufort - which is also a nice way to spend a day - this park is a nice place to unwind. Pet friendly - there is even a restaurant that offers a... More

We stopped here as we toured around Beaufort. Nice relaxing way to sit on a swing and watch the activity go by.
