Rocky Point Park use to be an amusement park years ago. The State of Rhode Island has turned the old amusement park into a gorgeous park. There are walkways right near the ocean and the views are spectacular. Also, pet friendly. Love it!

Memories of taking our children to Rocky Point when it was an amusement park but sadly cannot take out grandchildren; however, it is a great seaside walk with plenty of benches.

We found this nice beach area by accident. It was an amusement park years ago and is not a very clean beach with a nice walking path with plaques showing what used to be there. There is a bathroom onsite.
