About
We are an interfaith center for wellbeing in Portsmouth. We offer yoga for all ages, retreats, dance, spiritual discovery groups and much more in a beautiful space welcoming all. We have a full weekly schedule of yoga classes that take place inside our chapel as well as on Third Beach in the summer months. Check our website for this months schedule. Drop-ins are welcome at all of our classes

The Sacred Center is the most beautiful space to practice yoga on Aquidneck Island. The proximity to nature allows you to sink deeply into a meditative practice. The space is always clean, and well cared for by the teachers and students alike. Not only are there weekly yoga classes offered, but meditation circles, family yoga, book groups, prayerful study -- something for every one. Ample parking, tea and healthful snacks are a perk!

Of all the yoga & gathering spaces on the island, this one takes the cake. It is run by people who are passionate about building community with support & love. They value diversity and creativity here, and the offerings are unique and soulful.
