Dunes Park is a great stretch of beach located right at the Weekapaug Breachway and is geared toward families. We have restrooms, bath houses, showers, and a concession stand available only to customers of Dunes Park. I decided to try this beach and was shocked once I pulled in and was charged $30 for weekend parking. This really seemed excessive to me and because of this high price I do not plan to be returning. The bathroom had quite a lot...More

This is a nice beach- no question. But charging $25 to park no matter how much time you spend there is ridiculous. Go to the State beach for half the cost. Although, the breezeway rocks are fun to walk, a little more interesting.

Went here today from a friend's recommendation..A very family friendly beach. The sand is so soft and the water was easy to go into.. $25 to park but worth every penny..clean bath facilities and decent changing room.

This is the first beach you come to after the turn onto Atlantic. Sand is sand. Drive further down the avenue for more off-beach options, shops, meals, activities, etc.
