Stopped at this beach and was shocked that it cost $20 to park. The beach was small, crowded and littered. The only good thing was that the view was pretty nice.

Excellent town beach with changing and shower facilities. Limited parking limits so beach is not overcrowded but you must arrive when it opens during the season.
