I really enjoyed the museum. I stayed about an hour and a half. I could have stayed longer, but I was only in town for the day. The lady at the desk was very helpful. If you're in Williamsport I recommend that you stop by!
This museum doesn't look like much on the outside, but it really possesses a wealth of local history and character. Interesting exhibits on the history of the Williamsport area, with great photos and artifacts.

We spent a fun hour viewing the museum and chatting with the docent. She gave us a great introduction to the collection and the history of the area. The trains were an unexpected bonus and lots of fun.
