We took our grandchildren to the game on July third. Saw a great game, lots of fun mid-innings events, and a fabulous firework display for the fourth. Everyone was invited to the outfield to view the fireworks, which was just marvelous. Such a fun evening for families.

I was very excited to try a new (old) ballpark at Bowman Field. I liked the charming old field, but underwhelmed by the poor customer service. The ticket director wouldn't allow my friends to shop (five hours) before game time (most minor league teams LOVE to sell stuff in down hours,it's free money),got angry when the GM overruled him (to make... The stadium offers a great deal of old time charm. The field is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and the between inning enterainment is nice.

Good traditional baseball (Phillies farm team). Look at the schedule for special events such as fireworks. There are several evenings that are "pack the park nights" where tickets can be picked up free at local sponsors. Those nights do pack the park so if you don't like crowds pick another night or spend the money and upgrade to box seat... More

Was there to watch the 1st championship since 2005 by the Cross Cutters, this place is special because it harkens back to when baseball was a simpler time, just look at the seating area, IT HAS A ROOF !! But it does allow for breezes to cool you in the summer evenings and the promotions they do are literally 2nd... More

Love to watch some crosscutters games in the summer. The field/stadium is nice and clean also. It can get expensive if you eat there, but who can resist hot dogs and peanuts when you are at a game? So glad we have our team in Williamsport!

Pro: easy to find, good food, funny mascot, a very old Stadium Con: not a big fan of general admission you can seat anywhere you want to

We were at the game as part of a group. The staff was great and the facilities are some of the best around. It is great to watch these young players, they play baseball as it should be played. We were served a meal while we were there, on the deck, and the food was very good. Food and beer... More

Caught a game at Bowman Field. Williamsport Crosscutters of the NY / Penn League play their home games here. Construction started in 1925 and opened in 1926. It is the third oldest ballpark in minor league baseball. Updates through the years. Ticket prices are reasonable and so is the food. All seats seemed to have a nice view of the... More
