Starting from the main parking, the long gravel path to the split is all sun, no shade. Bring bug spray and sunscreen. At the split, going right (reccomended)will take you through multpile path options to open fields, forests and back areas of the park. By...More

Our favorite place in West Chester to walk. Natural Lands Trust has preserved this wonderful farm. Great trails for all abilities. Some paved. Others meander up and down hills. Longest trail about 4.5 miles.

Once you park at the lot and cross the footbridge, there are several trails to follow and enjoy. Many of the trails don't provide a lot of shade and can be very warm on hot days. Usually not too crowded. The trails provide a variety...More

Every loop begins at the foot bridge, but then there are several different length trails you can follow. They are labelled well. The parking lot can be a challenge on beautiful days.

Nice place to stroll or hike. Beautiful Chester County scenery in a historic area. Ample parking, but your car will either get muddy tires or be covered with dust, as it's just a gravel parking area.

Could use a little more signage to educate visitors on various plants and land management/use practices, but this place is a beautiful reminder of how agriculture and nature can co-exist. Great place to bird and walk a dog. Highly recommend.

I go to Stroud Preserve as often as I can; whether on a long walk with a friend, a run by myself or with my dog. Stroud Preserve is a lot bigger than it seems from the parking lot. Rolling hills, lush forest, huge hay...More

Although this is a nice place for a walk be aware that it is not "natural" land but a working industrial farming area of GMO crops. The parking lot is too small and unmaintained so there are large potholes in it and cars often parked...More
