We went to Jim Thorpe to bike ride on the GAP trail and noticed that the rafters were having so much fun! Our hotel had a brochure from WhiteWater Challengers so we decided this was our plan for the next day. Making a reservation to the whole excursion was so easy and smooth, there was nothing for us to hassle... More

From the time we checked into our campsite to the time leaving we received GREAT service from all employees. Our disappointment was with the lack of activities at the campground and the bathroom/shower situation. Bathrooms always seemed to be dirty and this campsite only had cold water showers, something we were unaware of and should have been told ahead of... More

Low water was an issue throughout the 2016 season especially this fall. Dam release weekends offer more water and bigger rapids, making the trip fun for a day out with family and friends. On the Lehigh River the class 1-3 rapids are great for a first taste of whitewater. For a more challenging and action packed adventure I would recommend... More

You are lead to a large field to park your car. The place is spacious and beautiful. We sign waiver forms and rent wet suits, and go on a bus to the site. The bus ride is a quick twenty minutes. We break for lunch in the middle of the excursion (food is in a waterproof bucket), and then finish... More

Overpriced and thought the guide needed to learn a lot more on handling a raft. Questions were ignored when asked about controlling the flow and water releases from the dam. Although acted like a know it all on everything else. Doesn't like fishermen.

Our river guides on the Lehigh River are trained to instruct guests on how to paddle and steer a raft. Our guides are not in the raft with guests, instead the guides are along side the trip in kayaks. For this reason it is important that guests listen to our thorough rafting instructions at the beginning of the trip and... More

Our group had so much fun during our trip! The guides were great and really treated you like friends. All of the staff at the center were very friendly and helpful. The center was clean and well organized. I've been on several rafting trips through other companies and this was BY FAR the best! I hope to come back next... More

The river is always more fun with friends and family...but you can book as an individual or small group and we pair you up with another small group to fill a raft. We work hard to create a fun atmosphere for all of our guests, we are glad to hear you enjoyed the trip. More

We try to help any way we can. And yes, great advice is to not take your keys or anything valuable on the river or they may become fish food. Hope to see your family again soon! More

I have done this for several years. Today was another wonderful trip. Even tho the river was a tad lower than usual we had a fun time. I am looking forward to coming again next year to try a dam release trip. I saw someone remark on another post about helmets. This river is not really rated as being that... More

Glad to have you back for another year of rafting. We have had slightly low water this season, but we still make every effort to make the trips fun and exciting for our guests. You are correct that on the Lehigh River where the rapids are Class 2-3, helmets are not required but we do rent them for $1 at... More
