This quick stop provides a nice place to stretch your legs. Take a walk along the River or walk out onto the dam and look down on all the fish looking for a handout.

This place is beautiful in all seasons. We love watching the eagles fishing in the waters at the dam. Great for outdoor lovers.

Nice for a quick stop and look see but not too much to take in. Beautiful scenery though. The sign was a highlight. Stop and get some ice cream on the way back into town.

I have seen some reviews that call this boring or unimpressive. This is the biggest dam I have ever visited AND I was with my 9 year old son and a bunch of other kids. That being said, this was very impressive, educational, and fun. On the reservoir side there is an enormous school of carp that you can feed... More

There's the overlook, the river, a few hiking paths, and of course, the Dam itself. In the area lies the Visitors' Center, where you can pick up a map of the hiking areas. Nearby are a few picnic tables, as well as a newly opened playground for the kids. The overlook can give you a view of the dam and... More
