I drove two hours to ride the train. Despite the light snow in the air I was very excited to experience the fall foliage in the open car during the trip. It wasn't until I was on the train and it was about to leave the station that we were all informed that the open car was closed. I was... More

We had a wonderful time. Our guide was fantastic and very informative. The train was cold-but that was simply because of the cold weather that day.

My husband and I decided to take a ride on this old train. The ride took us "through the valley that changed the world" -- where oil history began. It takes about 3-hours round trip leaving from (and returning to) the Perry Street Station in Titusville, PA. Regular seating in coach is $19 for adults, $17 for seniors, kids (3-12)... More

This was a great way to spend a fall day! The scenery was beautiful, and the tour guides were knowledgeable. The recording was hard to hear, but we still learned a lot. The train is certainly chilly if the weather is chilly, so dress appropriately! We liked how although they sold refreshments, you could bring your own food as well.... More

Three hour train ride out and back through the valley where oil was drilled years. Suggestion because the seats flip flop, sit on the opposite side of the train on the return to see a different view.

My cousins and I decided to take ride this train. We had beautiful weather and got to see the fall leaves. The volunteer in our car was knowledgeable about the train and the area, answering all of our questions. There is an observation car on the train where you can stand outside as the train moves down the rails. They... More

Once or twice a year individual owners of speeder cars (small independently operated rail cars that were used to maintain the tracks) bring their cars to the OC&T tracks and provide rides to those lucky enough to have reserved tickets well in advance. The proceeds from the rides are all donated to the OC&T Railroad which is wonderful. The speeders... More
