The Choo Choo Barn is an amazing layout of model trains. The detail and workmanship boggle the mind. The adults in our group loved finding the items in scavenger hunt-- for instance, the tiny cinder blocks by the building site. We were surprised that our 6-year-old grandson was less impressed. Perhaps it is better for school age children. An Isaac's restaurant is in the same strip mall, and part of the dining room is a refurbished railroad car, which is a sweet perk for railroad enthusiasts.

This is an amazing experience! The details and the size of this is fantastic. To see all the moving parts and detail is impossible! I love the little games that they give you that challenge you to find the items in the display which can make you look closer and really enjoy it! The store has so many items that are unique. Take your time! Enjoy the experience!

This place is just fun and fascinating. We had our 7yo grand daughter with us and she was just amazed at how intricate and complex the whole layout is. They provided her with a "scavenger hunt" list of things to look for as we walked around and she loved it. Covid rules are being adhered to and don't really cause a problem if you get there early like we did. Of course there was a tour of the gift shop up front on our way out and she went away with some toys. Prices were reasonable, but be aware that the 'Lego-like' kits are off-brand and not of the same quality as the brand. Ok for the price, but just a bit less quality if you're used to the real Legos.

We stopped in on a rainy weekday in the off season and had the place to ourselves. I'd been by a jillion times but finally decided to visit now that my little boys are old enough to appreciate it, and they did. The attraction is well run, clean, interesting and the staffer was polite and accommodating. It was a nice treat to deal with customer service people who aren't bossy and act like you are inconveniencing them with your paid presence. There was a nice shop (of course) to buy souvenirs and next door was a larger store for more serious trains and modeling supplies. I also received a nice surprise when they offered me a veteran's discount that knocked a third off the entrance fee for my entire family of four. I highly recommend you support this business. They are deserving of your money and it will be well spent.
