The tour is a self-guided media exhibit. There are tv monitors set up in a viewing corridor that overlooks the factory floor. Due to health and safety requirements, we are not able to bring people into the factory, but we do explain the entire process. Each station takes approximately 10 minutes and there are four stations. You are welcome to move at your own pace. After the exhibit, we welcome you to our store to sample one of our many confections!
