We entered after lunch. By that time all the chairs were taken and we felt a little late to the game. It didn’t effect the experience because a parent needs to be on all the rides with a child. The kids enjoyed all the rides...More

We had such a great time! We spent the day we checked out in the water park and just put our clothes for the ride home in a locker. The magic wand game that you buy at the store is super expensive but definitely worth...More

I like GW lodge better than Calahari because it’s small and the rooms are cleaner. Staffs are friendly. However, I dont think I’ll be returning during winter time because the water park was way too cold! Why do they have AC on inside of the...More

My kids would have stayed in the park until close if we let them. The water in the park was warm as was the park itself. Lots to offer for all ages. My kids are 6&8. The 8 old was all over the place with...More

Nothing special in this place. All fake from the exterior architecture to the set kids camp bunk bed. Carpet all over the property is old, stained and stinky. There is no point on doing check-in online. When you get there you need to go through...More

Water park was great and kids really enjoyed it, But, everywhere else was very cold. Even staff was complaining about how cold it was inside.. Food is very expensive. When I asked about it the answer was, it's a resort what do you expect?

This is the second time staying at GWL. Our first experience was great, but this one (9/8-9/9) was disgusting. Our hotel room had nasty brown spots on the pull out couch mattress, our toilet made terrible swishing sounds after every flush for a good 3-4...More
