The museum is fairly small, but there is enough to keep you busy for a good amount of time. The price can't be beat (only $6) and the people who work there are nice and friendly and make sure you are enjoying your time in the museum. The Discovery Center is a great place for children as it has many hands on activities for them. Very interesting facts about weather and there is a very educational 20 minute film you can watch. The staff was very friendly.

I toured the Weather Discovery Center years ago, when it first opened. I can truly say it has only gotten better over the years, especially now that they've added Scout Merit Badge programs. Keep up the good work!

They have some really cool stuff here. The building is very unique, as it used to be the Punxsutawney post office. Much history about Punxsutawney as well as the weather. The green screen weather map is awesome.

This used to be Punxsutawney's old post office. The architecture inside and out is beautiful. The postmaster general's office and teller stations are still there. The marble floor is beautiful. Pass through the doorway into the Weather Discovery Center and you can see how a tornado works.,how clouds form, even lightning. Lots of things for kids to do and explore.... More

From start to finish, when my family walked in, we were pleasantly surprised on how family friendly this place is. Our kids loved everything and especially the staff. Amanda went out of her way to make our experience fantastic.
