We were WOWed

Went there for my husbands birthday. Surprised how much was there. A great assortment of memories! Set up a malt shop, old kitchen, drive in movie etc.
Loved every thing there.

Great find!

We had visited Dorney Park and was heading to Knoebels when my buddy and I stopped here from a little google search.

So glad we did!

The lady working was super friendly and helpful.

The museum is wonderful, full of an era gone by, but not forgotten!

She answered all the questions we had and before we started the tour she gave us a little bit of history of the collection.

We loved it and so glad we decided to stop for a bit on our road trip.

Great friendly staff!

Underwhelmed!
Jul 2019 • Couples
Drove an hour one way and wished I hadn't. Just a few cars and lots of other "stuff." Kind of cute but now worth the time or money. Better have good knees or you won't make it up the stairs to the second level (not worth it anyway). Building not air conditioned and upstairs very warm. Those who liked this place haven't been to any very good car museums.

We are very sorry you were "underwhelmed" with your experience at our museum. The museum was created out of LOVE of the time not just the cars but the "simpler way" of life. Thank you for at least giving us the opportunity to take you back in time.

Holy Cannoli - what a find. Throw back to the 40's, 50's and 60's.

This place is incredible with so much more than really cool, classic cars. From Civil War artifacts to a reproduction of a drive in movie theater to local memorabilia - one could easily spend two hours or more. Family owned and locally embraced - the story about how and why this place even exists is a fun tale, but seriously every single exhibit was a throw back to my childhood or what I recalled from my parents and grandparents.

We planned to visit Jerry's Classic Car Museum and checked the reviews on Tripadvisor. The dates and times of operation were not listed. They are listed on Jerry's website which we did not check. According to a flyer we found the hours are noon to 5 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday May through October. Admission is $10.00. Hope this info helps

Must be in Heaven

I went to Jerry’s with a large group of mostly baby boomers. I can say that we were all surprised and delighted with the cars and memorabilia that Jerry and his wife have collected.

The car collection on its own is worth the trip. The collection is housed in an old car dealership building on the Main Street of Pottsville PA. Check their website on open times before you. There is plenty of parking.

The first floor is cars and car related memorabilia while the second floor is filled with all your memories from your or your parents childhood.

Don’t miss this one!

What A Surprise !!
Sep 2018 • Couples
We found this by doing a simple web search and were very surprised when we arrived. This is so much more than a "museum" this is an amazing collection of cars, and so much more. We found it especially interesting as all the cars have a local history as does many of the other items that can be seen here. Other than the cars this building has many areas that you can walk through that are recreations of things like an office or diner. It is amazing what the owner has created in this building and as far as we are concerned is a must see. There is a small admission fee which is reduced with AAA or some other affiliations.

Great Walk Down Memory Lane

This is an attraction not to be missed! If you grew up in the 60's or 50's, you will be in awe! First, yes, there are cars. They change them up periodically. We saw everything from a '42 delivery truck to a flashy yellow '55 Chevy, from a '52 DeSoto to early mustangs, and many more! But it wasn't just the cars. It was like walking into a 50's local repair garage. And they had everything, every tool, every machine, old ledgers . . . I mean, seriously, everything. Then there were millions of other artifacts from early times: radios, record players, sewing machines, pressers, washing machines . . . Everything your parents had in the house in the 50's. then The they had multiple soda fountain set-ups, with all the milkshake makers, popcorn machines, and everything from behind the counter back in the day. And there were some historic things, like the front page of the Newark paper from the day of the Kennedy assassination and the Roosevelt internment. I'm not kidding when I say you could spend an entire day there without seeing everything. From the outside, it's not very impressive, but once you get inside you'll be dazzled! If you're a nostalgia buff, you'll never want to leave!
