We found this company online and were impressed with their attention to being safe during COVID from what their website says. We ordered everything online - the tube, paid for parking, also bought a tethering rope online (DO NOT BUY THE ROPE ONLINE). Also the website said it would be mandatory for everyone to wear a mask once on the property. We did find that majority of the customers did not have their masks on, and some staff also were wearing it below their nose. I do get that it is harder to enforce, but when it is busy and people are in close contact on the property, people should be wearing masks even if it is outside. There should be more signage so customers wear it and also staff should be the example. Another thing, there is an option online to buy a tethering rope. However once you get there all the staff say you can not buy it online and need to purchase it in person at the stall. Either they need to take away the option online, or better note that people can in fact purchase the rope online. The actual tubing experience was beautiful once you were on the river. It was safe and so calming. If you pick a time near the end of the day the staff does come out on a boat to make sure you do get back safely.

So much fun, easy and relaxing. Great socially distanced activity. Clean. Perfect amount of time to float. We went during a week day and it was not crowded at all. Can’t wait to go back!

The kids and I had a great time during the actual tubing part. However the Porter potty’s where absolutely disgusting, the nastiest I have ever seen. Also the roads where terrible coming in and leaving, the pot holes where huge! They need better signs directing you where to park and where to exit. The one guy that was supposed to be telling us what to do before entering the bus walked away to go let three girls in and we basically had to figure out what life jackets to use on our own. Besides that most of the employees were nice and helpful. I think next time we will use a different company though.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time floating down the river on our deluxe tubes. I do strongly suggest getting the deluxe tube, it was so much more comfy with the backrest. Next time I think we will try a canoe.
