A couple of days ago my girlfriend and I had the pleasure of doing this tour. I had made reservations a week before. We had a fantastic lady giving the tour who was very informative and gladly answered our questions. Both of us were shocked learning how much goes into making a bell. None of us knew anything about bells but boy did we learn how intricate the process is. The tour took us everywhere in their factory and even employees demonstrated to us what their job was and how they did it. What a positive learning experience it was and I definitely will recommend to anyone to do this tour. It was excellent. We had planned on having lunch at the Plumsteadville Inn and what was a nice surprise is at the end of the tour we were given a coupon to use towards our lunch there. We had a wonderful tour.

Our red hat group visit Malmark and thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming we received from the staff. The tour was very informative. We watched several workers at their stations and were treated very warmly.

We visited the Mallmark Bellcraftsmen place of business on a Christmas Mystery trip. What an awesome place to see! It was amazing to see how the handbells & choirchimes are made and it helps you understand why the price is what it is! I love to support business where the product is made in the USA! The tour folks found our visit delightful and several bought small bells as souvenirs. Thank you to Tim and his staff for making this a highlight to our mystery trip day. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

This tour was pleasant, detailed and interesting. You see where it happens, how it happens, and who is making it happen. We called for tour appointment and booked the same day. Tour lasted approximately an hour and a half. Our host was experienced, informative, and friendly. All employees we saw were very nice and helpful. This company is a credit to the term: made in the USA. While the whole tour was great, trying all the bells at the end was FUN. We were couples visiting but this is ideal site for learning and promoting music for families, especially children.
