It was a slow Sunday night dinner and the restaurant was not remotely as lively as it usually is. Allowed for real conversation and relaxation.

Three orders came exactly as desired. Server was friendly and on top of things. Small issue with one order and the manager, without asking, comped us a small amount. Those small things matter to me. It wasn’t the money but the fact that someone took the time to make the adjustment.

Thank you.

We took a trip to visit our grandson a freshman in college in Pittsburgh. Hard Rock is a fun noisy place and we were not familiar with too any local places, and didn’t want a long wait after our 8 hr ride and this was one of very few places that took advance reservations. Only 25% capacity due to covid, so much quicker service than previous visits to past Hard Rock visits (different local). Attentive service, spotless, interesting facial recognition temperature ck. Overall thumbs up!

I've been to plenty of Hard Rock Cafes all over the world and this one doesn't stand out compared to some of the others.
The food is the same just about everywhere - my standard fare is the Red, White & Blue Burger - but I don't keep visiting new ones for the food.
For me, the Hard Rock is part restaurant, part music museum. I've seen some great displays of memorabilia - the (original) London and Seattle locations spring to mind - but there was nothing spectacular about the Pittsburgh one when I visited.

Had lunch here this weekend while visiting Pittsburgh and we were welcomed with a smile and sat outside as we had a dog with us which was great. Server was so friendly and attentive and gave us some recommends at request. We tried a variety of foods and drinks bit loved the share menu of burger sliders, pork sliders, fries and onion rings. Such great value and delicious to share. Very impressed. Good service in the shop too.

We visited the Station Square Hard Rock for lunch with our two young grandchildren after a busy morning of activity. The staff was friendly and accommodating when setting up and serving our little ones. The good food along with the kindness of the staff made this a great visit.

Me, my brother, and my stepfather went to the Gateway Clipper (big fan here!) and afterwards we came to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe. We were met with a very nice waitress and we had a table with a fantastic view of the fountains at night which was amazing. I ordered a Hurricane which tasted great, and a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger. That tasted great and the fries were pretty good as well. My only complaint was that the wait was VERY LONG! If you are planning to do a trip to the Gateway Clipper, save this for after the cruise because you may miss your boat. I actually like rock music, it all started with a rock-music themed roller coaster at Disney World, and loved the genre since then.

Went to the hard rock for cocktails. Something we do in every city where there is one. Ordered my usual pineapple coconut mojito. Came with no coconut, when I queried this I was told they had no coconut!!!! Really. Suggest who ever is in charge of ordering essentials does a better job. Hostess out the back was surly, seemed annoyed that she had to break from texting on her phone to actually deal with customers!!! Not good enough Hard Rock.

I have severe food allergies, so I called a day in advance to book a lunch reservation and speak to the chef. I spoke with the kitchen manager and he was extremely nice, accomodating, and knowledgable. We talked at length, he answered all my questions, and stated he would be working when I came in the next day.

When we got there the next day, he came over to the table and reassured me about what they could cook me, that they could cook it in a separate pan, and he actually cooked the steak himself to make sure it was not contaminated by anything I couldn't eat.

My family had a great time, everyone liked the food, but more importantly my mom was so thankful that they could work with me and in such an understanding way. I never felt strange for having allergies and the staff was concerned for me (which is not the experience I've had at other restaurants). We were all very appreciative and it's now our go-to restaurant when friends and family come to visit Pittsburgh.

Typical Hard Rock Cafe atmosphere with music and lots of memorabilia on the walls, music videos playing on monitors throughout the restaurant. Food is great! We went around 2-3 pm on a weekday - not too busy, and we easily got a table for 4 near the large windows in the back. This is the place to sit - the view of the city is breathtaking!

After a week on the road we wanted a salad for dinner, something healthy and I have to say they have nice salads here. We had the grilled chicken Caesar and the Southwestern Chicken bowl. Both were big and tasty. Again, my pet peeve is that the food came out in under 5 minutes. Service was friendly. We sat at the bar and you can actually bet on the video horse racing which was fun.
