Pittsburgh (and visitors of Pittsburgh) come an support the Pittsburgh Public Theater. We saw our first performance here and the theater is fantastic. There is not a bad seat in the house! Small but not small. Very accessible for everyone. They have a lobby and second floor bar if you would like a drink, wine, soft drink or coffee before the show or during intermission. They also have a snack bars if case you need a something to munch on (candy or even cake in the upstairs area). The staff was very welcoming and helped us to our seats since this was our first visit. Everyone was very friendly. We were lucky because we got to see a performance we were looking forward to seeing. However, even if you don't know a play or show, come to see this beautifully put together theater in the middle of Pittsburgh performing arts area. It is not to be missed.

The O'Reilly Theater is really beautiful. I hope to see more productions or concerts there, since the space is gorgeous. I haven't seen a show done by Pittsburgh Public Theater since they moved, but I'm sure they still do a really good job with all their productions. I look forward to enjoying more shows and venue in the future. I can't imagine that there's a bad seat in the theater. It's really well designed and very intimate.
