Awesome place to hang out and have a beer. Friendly, casual, dog-friendly, and locally owned - this place is a hole-in-one. There are fire pits outside and a food truck on premise. Free street parking is available. Don’t miss out on this one!

We came here with our office group after a holiday axe throwing party at LumberJaxes. What a great spot, even in December the fire pits were roaring, and we enjoyed a nice happy hour with everyone. Excellent beer, super atmosphere, and dog friendly.

I’d heard good things about Grist House, so tried to go last year, but I’d come on a can release day and it was slammed, nowhere to stand, so I didn’t get any beers. I was back in Pittsburgh for the weekend and decided to...More

Yinzers who enjoy quaffing sublime products of the brewer’s art will not be disappointed by Millvale’s Grist House. Tucked at the end of a side street off Millvale’s main drag, the Grist House provides a Portlandesque ambience—food trucks, wandering(but friendly) dogs, & picnic tables, along with...More

Found a great IPA: hazedelic juice grenade. Family friendly with plenty of seating: outside picnic tables by food trucks; covered patio; and interior seating by the bar. Nice easy vib. Food trucks provide excellent pub food, reasonable prices.

This is a brewery I would gladly visit again in warmer weather! There is a huge outdoor area I would have loved to spend time in had it been warmer. I think they have food trucks outside normally, but we went later in the day...More
