Phipps is such a unique and historical place. The rooms of plants and flowers each hold their own special features and decor. If you visit you will get the most out of the winter and summer flower shows. They offer the most broad spectrum of flowers and colors to see during these shows. The other displays include the fruit room... More

If you are in Pittsburgh then this is a great thing to do. Good fun with a young child that enjoys running and plants. The butterflies were a hit!

Phipps conservatory is just breathtaking ships conservatory is just breathtaking I recommend if you've never been at Christmas time to go around Christmas the place brings back that magical Christmas spirit that you felt when you were a child. Also my absolute favorite room is the orchid room seeing all the different varieties.
