Beautiful display of many different species of plants in various environments. The butterflies were plentiful, very well maintained gardens and signage was well written and informative.

The buildings themselves are huge greenhouses full of beauty and light. Each section is overflowing with color supplemented with interesting glass sculptures. This summer's Van Gogh displays were imaginative and well done. The orchid collection had specimens that provided heavenly fragrances and the sustainable gardens...More

Visited during the Van Gogh exhibit and was absolutely blown away. The exhibits were so creative and well done, we really had a wonderful time. Try not to go on a 90 degree day the heat was a bit brutal. Also loved the butterfly zone,...More

We visited on a recent Sunday. Got there early enough for free parking! Exhibits were superb! During Van Gogh exhibition. Just a great presentation. Did not eat there, just a refreshing drink but good was certainly appealing. JUST GO!

This was a really beautiful conservatory. Wonderfully laid out and a treat to wonder around. There's also free parking out front if you're lucky enough to get it!

What a wonderful and fascinating Conservatory. From ferns to orchids to butterflies this is a do-not-miss attraction in the great city of Pittsburgh. One special exhibit turned Picasso paintings into flower and plants recreations. The Cuba area was also very interesting. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves...More

First, it was hot in there. It's not a criticism, but be aware. If you hate the heat, you will hate the place in the summer. When we went, they had a VanGogh exhibit. Basically, they took prints of paintings by VanGogh and tried to...More

Nice and thoughtful display that is a pleasant stop before hitting the road again. Park though can be a pain even during the week

We have been members for years and went in early July 2019 to see the Van Gogh theme. It was one of the most imaginative displays that they have displayed there. We like to go once each of the four seasons. Christmas time is also...More

It will be packed. We tried to go last year on Mother’s Day and turned right around. I don’t enjoy going there when it’s that crowded. I’d get there early and here’s hoping it’s not too bad this year!
