While we were planning our family time in Pittsburgh, my son came across this idea. At first I wasn't sure about this but he seemed keen and we thought we would give it a try. Well....it was the best part of the trip! We took part in the Brookline Tour and it was beyond what we expected. The guide was... More

Exceeded our expectations. Plenty of food ( I'm now in a food coma), great bits of history of local neighborhood, gracious business owners and friendly tour guide. I look forward to booking another tour in a different neighborhood.

Wonderful and very informative tour of the North Side. Even though we've lived all of our lives in Pittsburgh, we saw this part of the city in detail which we wouldn't normally see on our own. The different foods and drink were great and we definitely recommend this tour.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Cheryl and the rest of our group. While we anticipated some great tastings, we learned a lot about the Strip District. The food tastings were a great sampling of sweet and savory as well as culturally diverse. Definitely a must do even if you have been to the Strip District many... More

Our Board was in Pittsburgh for their fall meeting and we scheduled a fun morning for some of the ladies to learn a little about the city. We were out for about two hours and we had a great time all the ladies were happy with the tour and along the way even found some great gifts to take home.... More

We had an amazing experience. Even though I have been living in Pittsburgh for 15 years, I learnt a lot from this tour. Our guide Richard was very knowledgeable and made our tour very interesting!

My friend and I attended our 2nd Burgh Bits and Bites on Sept 10th in Brookline (1st was the Strip District last year). Both were fabulous. We had no idea what to expect last year and were so pleased with the selection of establishments we visited and participation of their owners and the history of the particular area. We both... More

We received this tour as a gift and we chose to do the Brookline tour. It was wonderful - SO much more food than we expected and a great walking tour of a neighborhood we were previously unfamiliar with. Our tour guide, Sylvia, was knowledgeable about the neighborhood, knew many of the business owners personally and provided such a wonderful... More

I am a native Pittsburgher and have lived in the area all my life. My friends and I went on the Lawrenceville tour and had a great time. We sampled foods at seven different locations, and also visited an art gallery. We learned about some of the history of the area as well as tasting some delectable foods. A fun... More
