I was in Pittsburgh with friends who had never visited before. A segway tour is a great way to see a lot of sights in a short amount of time. Our guide was professional, safety conscious and very patient with those who had never ridden a segway before. We covered a lot of the sights of downtown Pittsburgh as well as those across a couple of the rivers. I would recommend this tour to those who have never been as well as those natives who would just like to get a different view of their city.

It was 75 and sunny which can make most activities perfect in our eyes but RB did a really great job on the tour. He had to get all 13 of us prepared for the trip, novices and pros alike which took about 25 minutes. He was concerned about the safety of all riders and was dedicated to helping the novices figure out how to ride. He wasn't ever rude (some other reviews mentioned that issue), more concerned for their safety and promptly advised them on how to correct their posture to better maneuver the machine.

The first half of the tour has you riding on the city sidewalks which, luckily, are empty on the weekends. RB shared a wealth of information about the buildings and businesses of Pittsburgh. We then crossed the bridge over to the stadium side of the river which has wide sidewalks, monuments, statues and parks to explore, and then back over to Point State Park before concluding the tour. A great value and fun way to see this beautiful city!

There were 6 of us all together. We came in to town to take a vacation from the beach. This was also the first time our children were able to experience Pittsburgh as adults. There were many things we could have done, but choosing to do the Segway Pittsburgh with Randall as our guide was the very best option.
Since it’s based in Station Square, the journey begins there. We chose the evening tour and was able to see downtown Pittsburgh as the sun set. So very picturesque. It’s starts with a bridge and takes us through to the Point. It was exhilarating. It was fun. And it was actually very cool. In the end, we were all smiling like happy little 4 year olds.
The Segway machines themselves were nice and smooth, almost feeling like you’re gliding on ice. Randall gave us good instructions and we rode like professionals.

We were very disappointed with this Tour. We went to the strip district and when we got over there the guide said ok you will park and have 45 min to walk around. This was not clear in the description at all. We also were not given headsets to hear any of the information on the way there or back about the city.

Great Segway tour! We had a wonderful time. Weather was beautiful (ok...not really something the tour company can regulate), the tour through the city was well planned - we really navigated much of the city. Relaxing, engaging, and a completely wonderful tour!

I highly recommend this Segway tour of Pittsburgh! The guide did a great job of training us on the Segway and made sure we felt comfortable before leaving. It is not hard at all! The tour covered about 6 miles of downtown and the guide shared so many unique Pittsburgh facts along the way. It is a great way to see the city! We loved it!

Four of us took this fabulous tour. It was our first time on a segway and it was a little intimidating, but we practiced and it wasn't as scary as we thought. We had a great time, saw a lot of sites and heard a lot of the city's history. I'd totally recommend it.

We came in with 10,000 other Jays fans for the May 5-7 series against the Pirates. You have a beautiful ballpark and great city. Randall was a very good tour guide and even managed to teach Jeff how to ride a Segway when FanDuels had the odds at 9:1 against!

Pittsburgh Segway is a tremendous way to see the city. Learning to ride the Segway was so much fun and easy to do. Our tour guide did an awesome job of showing us the sites and scenes of Pittsburgh, which made it much easier for us to find our way around for the remainder of our stay in Pittsburgh. Highly recommended!

Randall, our tour guide, ensured everyone in our tour could safely operate the Segways before departure. He was very helpful, funny & knowledgeable during the tour in his no-nonsense way. The tour was an absolute blast & highlighted the beautiful/interesting spots in Pittsburgh. We can't wait to do the City Lights tour next!
