This bridge is in good shape and in a nice setting. Only trouble is parking is not great. You can get some nice photos of this bridge.

This is number 4 on the Covered Bridges of the Lehigh Valley tour. If you search online for the tour you can download or print a nice brochure giving you information about and directions to, 7 covered bridges. We did the whole drive, getting out to take pictures and look around at each bridge and it took a couple of hours. …

This is bridge 4 on the Lehigh Valley covered bridge tour. If you follow the signs when leaving Wehr's Covered Bridge, you'll find it. There is very limited parking, but it's worth the stop if you can squeeze in a spot. This is another bridge along the tour that you can drive over. This is also located near the zoo.…

I discovered this gem wandering around after a visit to the zoo. Rex Covered Bridge is a historic wooden covered bridge located near Orefield, Pennsylvania. It is a 150-foot-long, Burr Truss bridge, constructed in 1858. The bridge is on private property but there are turnouts on both ends of the bridge for photo enthusiasts.…

My daughter lives close by and on a whim I went down Jordan Rd. to look for this bridge. The area is residential and I wasn't sure where I was going, but low and behold there is a lovely covered bridge on this back road heading toward more covered bridges. Saw a sign for a Covered Bridge Tour at the Trexler Nature Preserve. May try to find this again next time I am in the area.…
