Great hiking along the water slides trail. Mostly climbing rocks. Beautiful water falls and rock slides. Lots to do in and around the area.

We had a great day enjoying a variety of activities - first, we did zip lining which was fun for the kids. Kids as young as 4 can do the Explorer course at Ohiopyle Zip Line Adventure Park at Laurel Highlands River Tours & Outdoor Center. Then, we had ice cream from the Old Mill General Store for a break... More

Nothing like hopping in the river on a hot day after hiking. Plenty of water attractions to see and do with hiking and bike riding. The new visitor center is informative.

We enjoyed visiting Cucumber Falls and the natural water slide. It was beautiful and fun for our kids ranging in age from 5-12. There was lots of trash at both sights - so sad that people litter. We went around 11 on a Thursday, and it was not crowded at all.

Small charming town was fairly crowded on a Monday in July. Coming from Pittsburgh, we took the backroads through Dunbar and got lost. There weren't any street signs, no directional signs, nothing is marked and my GPS wasn't helping. Also sketchy cell service. I recommend taking a road map. The town is very nice, lots of free parking. Limited shoppes,... More

The visitor center is very informative. Families could spend 20 minutes here, or 1 hour. Nice collection of souvenirs for a good price are also available here.

If you want to get away from it all and relax with nature, then here is the place. River is great, bike trail thru the park is excellent.
