About
Our "German Village" consists of 3 building with nothing but incredible Christmas items and gifts from Germany. You name it and we have it! Open 7 days a week. We are also open 24/7 online at TheChristmasHaus.com. We just opened a second store in Gettysburg at 13 Baltimore Street, so visit us there as well.

If you are looking for anything German Christmas this is the place to find the best of it anywhere. 3 small buildings full of high end Christmas products. Staff was helpful. The shop sits behind a house with adequate parking in back. Gotta see this place!

When ever we are in PA, or close proximity, The Christmas Haus (New Oxford) is a MUST for us to visit.
The staff is always pleasant and helpful. We love finding unique treasures here.
We truly enjoy our visit, each and every time.
Next time, we want to also visit their shop located in Gettysburg.

i grew up in that house and to see some changes are a delight i will always miss that house that is no longer to my family but i appreciate the man wo took over and kept it very nice. time to time i drive by. tears of joy and heart saddens due to i can only go back to my memories in my head. stop in and ask for the history of the new rmodeled house of my deceased GrandMothers house so beautiful inside and out back. please go and enjoy the place of peace and eye opening items. worth going to visit knowing my gram had her own antique buisness and now it continus to be a buisness along with the warmth of HOME...

We've been going to the Christmas Haus for years. What they sell is quality ornaments. Just love the German ornaments and the huge selection to choose from. The owners are great as are the staff.

From the moment you walk in the door of The Christmas Haus you start smiling! You're surrounded by incredible German ornaments, smokers, wooden displays... in other words, all things Christmas. If you're within driving distance, you have to go!

As a fan of all things German, I must say that this shop was an absolutely fantastic find! The shop itself is divided into three separate, small buildings. You must treat yourself to all three or you will have cheated yourself. Everything they carry is honestly made in Germany...No Fakes! The Pyramids, schwibbogens, smokers and wooden ornaments are all of a higher quality than anything I have purchased on the internet. The Glass and lace ornaments are fabulous as well. It is a true Christmas store, you wont find Coo Coo Clocks and such. The owner and staff are wonderful to deal with and very knowledgeable. I live about an hour and a half from the store and make my visit an all afternoon event once a year before Christmas. They account for 90% of my Christmas shopping. I can not say enough about it....Just Go!

I first discovered the Christmas Haus in 2013 while making a trip from York to Gettysburg, and I made a return visit this year. It is a lovely little store with Christmas-themed products imported from Europe. While there are many items that are rather pricey, the shop itself is almost like a museum.

Shop in New Oxford is wonderful. Two out buildings and large room in the main barn of simply beautiful, well made, heirloom quality ornaments. As the title says, there are so many things we will go back for over time, but we could not leave without a wonderful German smoker. Sure, he’s Santa and it’s June, but he’s sitting in our kitchen smoking away as we type. Definitely worth a visit or two or....

If you have been lucky enough to have been to Germany and seen their Christmas ornaments then you need to make this stop. We actually drove an hour to check it out and we were very pleased that we did. They have quite the variety and their prices are reasonable. We know because we did purchase Christmas ornaments while in Germany. If you love the German culture then you really need to put The Christmas Haux on your list.

The Christmas Haus in New Oxford, Pa is a one of a kind, must see shopping experience. I go shopping there at least once a year and always come out with more than I planned to buy. I've also been there for glass ornament demonstrations by German artisans. There are 3 buildings that are filled with exclusively made German ornaments and decorations that truly enjoyable to shop in.
