On a PA road trip, my mother and I stopped at the park for a chance to stretch our legs. It was very windy and a great chance go see the ruins left by the storm. The bridge does sway a bit as expected and...More

I had heard about this bridge a few years ago and count it now among one of the coolest things to visit in western PA. I took two of my grandsons to visit, both ages 13, and we all had a ball. The whole story...More

This is very impressive! The early engineering of this bridge was remarkable. It’s current state following its partial destruction is impressive & demonstrates the power of nature vs our best attempts. My personal view is that the visitor centre is worth a quick review but...More

My wife and I visited the Kinzua Skywalk. I was there 10-15 years ago I believe. When I was there, I don’t remember the Skywalk or the park office. It is a very nice setup with an educational museum and displays inside the office. The...More

We have been trying for 3 years to drive to Kinzua Bridge State Park to walk on the Skywalk and see the gorgeous fall leaves, and we finally made it! However, it was the end of the 3rd week in October and all the leaves...More

When I decided to visit PA I revolved the weekend getaway around this and I'm so glad it was included. Beautifully maintained park and visitor centre. Standing on the bridge and looking at the wreckage below, you realize how strong and ruthless mother nature can...More

Took me 15 years to come back but well worth the wait. I actually was going to see the bridge but the day I went prior it collapsed. Now they designed a overlook and neat little park to explore. Nice little visitor center with plenty...More

During the peak travel season in October, the staff/volunteers are ready for the leaf-peepers. The signs guide you to this state park. Overflow parking, with adjacent bathrooms, are nearby. People direct the motorists to the available parking spaces. The beautiful Visitor’s Center is modern. The...More

This place is amazing. Views are awesome. Going through history of the bridge is very cool. Although there are no fall colors now, it seems all the leaves have already fallen. We were a bit disappointed about that.

The trail that we walked, took us about 45 minutes. It's going to depend on how long you stay and look around the ruins at the bottom of the skywalk. We did not take the other trail. We didn't know the area and didn't... More

Not sure what “traffic” you are referring to, but we didn’t have any issues. We were there on a Monday afternoon, while there were others at the park/bridge, it certainly wasn’t packed nor were there any traffic delays.
