Our store is a very special confectionery shoppe where you will find unusual handmade sweets including 10 or more seasonal varieties of Brittle Bark, Sweet Jubilee Fudge, Chocolate covered pretzels and cookies, and award winning handmade chocolates from chocolatiers located in California, Massachusetts, Vermont & of course several from Pennsylvania.

Stopped in to check out the store. The offerings are amazing and it’s hard not to say give me 1 of everything! Prices are a little on the high side, but quality is very high and portions are reasonable for the money, so I would recommend it more as a special occasion treat than an every day stop.

This is my hometown candy store that I have frequented since it first opened. Everybody loves chocolate, but this business has creative twists for how to enjoy it and other confectionaries. Its basic specialty is the brittles, but the popcorn mixes are spectacular. This business is much more than just peanut brittle. And the brittles are more than just peanut. The owner is always trying new things like chocolate covered bacon and recently she tried chocolate truffles with corn. This place is also special because the staff makes nearly all of the items on-site. It is not repackaging and reselling candies from another business.
I’m partial to the Poppin’ Time and just about anything chocolate. I don’t normally eat cherries, but I even enjoy its liquored cherries!
This business is a wonderful attraction to enjoy when visiting Mechanicsburg, which has a growing selection of art, gift, and antique/collectible stops. The food and drink choices are also much improved in the last couple years.

This is the cutest little shop. The choices are amazing and the chocolate is delicious. The owner was very attentive and shared samples. If you are looking for a gift or just a treat for yourself, I would definitely recommend Brittle Bark!

We stopped in the store to get a chocolate gift box to use as a prize for my daughter's bridal shower. We got a beautiful gift box assortment. They customized it for us while we waited. A BIG hit at the shower! One of the bridesmaids shopping with us was from the Boston, MA area. She was so impressed. She took pictures of the chocolates and sent them to her mom. Yummy!

Glad everyone at the shower enjoyed the truffles. Diane prides herself on the delicious handmade truffles she creates and we love to make each gift special with ribbon and bows.

I have to admit, I probably spend too much time at Brittle Bark. I love so many of their products: handmade truffles, brittle bark, popcorn with brittle, nuts and fruits, chocolate covered pretzels and cookies - the list goes on.
I have attended their chocolatier classes and DIY classes. Diane is wonderful at letting you explore your creative side, while teaching the fine art of chocolate treat development.
If you want to give something special (Mother's day, Valentine's day, Halloween, Christmas, wedding favors), stop by and talk with Vonny. Brittle Bark is happy to help make your special day fantastic!

Brittlebark offers a wide variety of high quality chocolates and other delicious treats for a reasonable price. I lived in Belgium for 2 years, and this shop rivals the quality of Belgian truffles without the trans-Atlantic price. They also are very approachable and hav items that would appeal to any age or palate. They make their chocolates right there on Main Street in Mechanicsburg. They are packaged beautifully, ready for gift-giving.

Fabulous little candy store...cute decoration. Candy made in store. They even have candy-making group events! A must go-to in Mechanicsburg!

Stopped by Brittle Bark on Main Street in Mechanicsburg to pick up some holiday gifts for my neighbors and sister in law. They have such a nice selection of bark and nuts all wrapped beautifully. The packages run from as low as $3 up to over $40. I love the idea that the treats come from the Pennsylvania area so I stocked up and plan to send some to out of town friends and relatives. The shop was very busy but the staff is quick and very helpful. Great little gem in downtown Mechanicsburg.

Brittle Bark is hidden away on Main Street, but worth the trip. Their candies are outstanding and there are many to choose from. You can build a variety box of anything you want and it also makes for a very nice gift. Try it and you won't be disappointed.
