Love the tri-oval track at Pocono, wish there was a casino like in Dover but lots to do while tailgating before the race. No matter where u sit in the grandstand, entire track is visible...go Gordon! Helpful hint... book rooms way in advance as race weekend gets a bit crazy

Went to see an Indy Car race it was great. Concessions are a little sparse so plan accordingly. The staff is super nice and it is a beautiful drive to the track. FYI if you do not have an easy pass get one because you need it to get off at the track exit. we didnt and boy was it... More

While I'm not a regular visitor to Pocono, I always take in everything I can. There was a go-cart race going on there last time I went and it was cool to see. If I'm not mistaken NASCAR has races there as well. Next time I go, I'll probably bring along one of my friends. He loses it when he... More

Won tickets to the Pocono Raceway. Good seats and all the food and drink we wanted. A big thank you to Ryan Yanoshak for choosing me. Even though the race was rained out and we were unable to attend on Monday we had a wonderful time at the track on Saturday and Sunday. Lot of things to do at the... More

They don't allow umbrellas, so if there is a threat of rain, bring a poncho. Can buy general admission and move up in the stands if it's not crowded. Don't come too early unless you have special access, there's not that much to do before the race.

Went there for the Pennsylvania 400, my first Nascar race. Condidering the large capacity and the vastness of the structure, I must say that everything runs smoothly there. For families on a budget: bring your own food and drinks but read the restrictions and limitations first. Only problem: on race day the event was suspended for weather after keeping us... More

We went to a Nascar race for the very first time of our lives (my wife, my 2 boys and I). Despite the lousy weather, we really had a good time.

The day before the big guys (SPRINT cars), you can watch powerful pickups racing sixty laps of the Tricky Triangle. Much smaller crowd than Sprint Cup race. Get higher grandstand seats (300 or 200 level) for better track views, especially turn 2. Walk the race midway and visit all the vendors. (score swag). The newer drivers were learning their restart... More
