Terrible Connie is rude unprofessional and you are losing business. She tried to backpedal at the end too late

We went into store right before closing. I get it annoying however we were in the store and we were seriously given a count down from 7 minutes til closing. Ok you’re closed lock the door, but rush out your current customers ? Who by the way came to spend money like substantial money are basically being thrown out?

Poor Quality Floor Mat for $70.00
Aug 2020
Purchased recently a floor mat for approximately $70.00 and it did not wear well at all. Store refused to make good for it. Will not return to store.

Unpleasant
Aug 2020
My first and last time in this store. I walked two steps into this store and the elderly lady clerk asked me "what are you looking for?" without greeting me, very rude; I replied with a smile on my face "I'm just browsing at this moment, thank you". After browsing the main room store for a couple of minutes that same elderly lady kept following me, I felt stalked and unwelcome. I got nauseated and left the store. Five minutes of my life wasted maybe I was too brown for her like.

Superb culinary supplies and gifts in this shop. You will find anything you need here. Jams, jellies, coffees, baking supplies, dishes, knives, spices and more. Great books, and just about any kitchen gadget you can imagine. You have gotta stop here when in Lititz. You won’t be disappointed. Loved the baking sheets and pans.

Add some Zest to your life.

Zest is a great little store when you're looking for cool kitchen accessories. They only carry quality brands and cool designs. My wife and I visit even when we don't need anything just because it's fun to look. AND now they have cooking classes.

Fun in Lititz, PA

The "Zest" Kitchen Store had wonderful selections of spices, kitchen tools and wonderful surprises. Margaret, our sales person, was a fount of information. She knew everything in the store and we couldn't "stump" her with any question about the products. She was really fun as well as being so helpful.

Great Hands-on Macarons cooking class...and the end product was...AMAZING!
Mar 2019 • Solo
Zest's Cooking School is at a separate location at 1180 #4 Erbs Quarry Rd in Lititz PA . I had my first class there last night and was impressed at how well laid out the class was. We made macarons this evening...cookie flavors were vanilla, mint, espresso. Filling flavors were chocolate ganache, coffee, and Baileys. We could mix and match as we wished and all flavors were delicious but my favorite combo was espresso with Bailey's. Things I appreciated were:

~Spotlessly Clean
~Friendly, laid-back atmosphere with other members of the class
~Hands on class
~large work tables with groups of four at each
~Well laid out professional equipment and tools
~Demonstration island is well lit with cameras displaying the chef working on big screen tvs
~well-trained and attentive and personable staff
~Professionally trained Pastry Chef (Danielle DiSanto)
~Ingredients well organized and pre-measured on each table.
~Followed food safety protocols
~staff takes care of set-up, assistance during class, and cleanup
~Received booklet of the recipes made that night

This was my first class here but will definitely not be my last class. Chef Danielle shared a lot of tips that will help me make macarons with confidence! Big bonus....we all made enough to take some home!

Great cooking class
Jan 2019 • Couples
My wife and I received “An Italian Valentine “, a cooking class at the Zest cooking school. It was a Xmas gift from our sons and daughter in law. It is not located at the Zest store but rather about 3 miles away close to Fruitville Pike. Maria, our instructor, was so good, easy to talk to, answered any questions etc.. The class took about 2 hours. Everyone participates with the prep and the cooking of the meal. There were about 16 participants, equally divided men/women.

Following the class! My wife and I took a drive to downtown Lititz and went thru the Zest shop.. they have many great interesting cooking items that you do not not see everywhere.
I’d certainly recommend Zest Cooking School and also the store.
