We are not a franchise, therefore we have the freedom of shopping the globe for the best of the best. All of our Balsamic Vinegars come from Modena, Italy and our Olive Oils from many countries around the world. When searching for product, we are always keeping your budget in mind, but most importantly we sample every oil and vinegar before making a purchase to guarantee the best flavors for our customers. Where to begin? If you're a gourmet chef/cook, this place is a must to visit. Even if you're an average/ terrible cook, like me, you still should visit and sample the most amazing collection of olive oils and balsamics ever assembled. You can taste any that you might like to try, and they offer several sizes from which to choose. I bought the Almond Cream Balsamic, but I wish I had tried several more to bring home. The staff is very friendly and really knows their products. I'm so glad they have an on line store. I'll be buying more products, that's for sure!

I went in looking for an agrumato they only carried infused. He really didn’t know the difference between the two and pushed that infused has much better flavor....unfortunately they do the. The fused has a smooth bold flavor. Why pay for infused when all you need to do for infused is dump you basil leaves in the olive oil and let it sit for days. It took me five minutes to realize this arrogant owner was a hack. I tried his “wonderful basil infused and it tasted awful! He says we look for budget minded oils....means cheap and we can charge more hence a profit.

I am sorry you feel this way about our store. Out of 228 TripAdvisor reviews, 208 were excellent, 16 were very good, I'd say we are doing a better than good job and carry an excellent line of products. According to your past review log on TripAdvisor, you obviously are not easy to please. There is not much we can do about this. In case you are not sure what I am talking about, maybe this will jog your memory.

Olio is a wonderful addition to Lititz, which already hosts some excellent gourmet shops. While it is set up like many of the olive oil shops that have become trendy, and has a vast selection of oils and balsamics to sample, what sets it apart is the friendly service and customer attention. Many similar establishments make you purchase a large bottle of oil which you may only use in 1-2 recipes. Not olio. You can purchase sampler sizes, allowing you to bring home many selections of unique favorites. I picked the white balsamic, peach balsamic and lavender balsamic. The oils were wonderful -- I just have too many at home. In addition the shop has some unique spices and peppers, including a smoked brown sugar (delicious). If you ask about any item, you will be provided a sample, and an education on how to use it. Love this place!

This little shop has it all - you can taste the goods (oils and vinegars) before purchasing which is very helpful. In addition they have a wide variety of salts and odds and ends for your kitchen which you cannot find elsewhere - like great baking vessels! Try it - you'll love it!

Love visiting Olio. Each time we go we pick up our favorites & always try a few new ones. We love cooking/grilling with all their products whether it be flavored olive oil & balsamics or their smoked sea salts. Highly recommended!

We've been going to Olio since it opened. We have found the products top quality and the staff extraordinarily knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our association with Olio has improved all of our meals and simplified the ingredients necessary to make great food.
The store has an open welcoming floor plan and is an experience unto itself.
Going there is like visiting old friends.
As far as agrumento, Can one really tell the difference? A good portion of Olio's oils are fused, which is almost the same process as argumento.
Good is good and Olio's products are better than good.

This is a very unique store-it was probably my favorite in all of Lititz! The idea of sipping oil and vinegar was little odd at first, but it was a fantastic experience. I bought some great gifts for folks, too!
The owners seem like very nice folks!

I have been hearing about this place for a long time. I love olive oil, but I really didn't see how it could be the central theme of a whole store. Boy, did I have an education in store! Not only do they sell olive oils, but there are also infused olive oils, regular and white balsamic vinegars, spice blends, interesting pastas, and gadgets. All of the oils and balsamics are made available to be sampled, with great descriptions and information, to help you find exactly what you're looking for - or maybe find something you didn't know you were looking for. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and more than willing to answer questions and make suggestions. They also have printed handouts available with pairing suggestions that gave me some great ideas for future cooking adventures. Cannot recommend this place enough! This will be a "go to" for my foodie friends and relative for Christmas!

Owned and run by a father and son, visiting Olio was very worth-while. He assisted us with tasting many of his great oils and balsamics, but they also spice up maple syrup and honey - delicious. And they have several hot sauces they have developed. We were thrilled to bring home a variety of taste bud treasures to enjoy. When we return to Lancaster, we will make Lititz a part of our day.

Well this is basically one of those places you dont walk out empty handed.You can sample all the vinegars and olive oils,and there are plenty of flavors to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful giving suggestions like adding certain vinegars to club soda for a great drink, even ones to add to your tequila.Make sure you buy a jar of the truffle rub at the counter before you walk out. WOW very good.Nice place, nice people.If we are back in the area again we will have to make another visit
