My family and I went to see the factory, mostly for the chocolate museum. Although it was interesting to see all of the varying chocolate moulds, I was confused about the rest of the area. There are unlabeled tea sets on display with no signs, and, despite them being nice collectors pieces, I am unsure what they have to do... More

Ana B, thank you for your review. We were happy to read that you enjoy our chocolates and the "background noise" as well. We know that sometimes it can get loud but because it is a factory (the real deal), there's not too much we can do to muffle it. As for the valuable "museum" comments you shared, we've passed... Everything we purchased has been wonderful, from the chocolate buds to the toffee. It's a cute, small store with some memorabilia in the back.

whatstheuse123, thank you for taking the time to review our store. We are very happy to hear that you find our products tasty and that you'll continue to be a Wilbur fan. On the other hand, it's unfortunate that you found our kitchen employees to be "lame" and not doing anything ""special." They work very hard to produce those great... More

While passing through Lititz on our way to Lancaster we decided Wilbers was a must see! The old time feel is awesome! You can watch the ladies in the back making fancy chocolates and buy your favorites on the spot! In October of each year they participate in the "Chocolate Walk", the town is packed. We haven't participated as of... More

The best American chocolate company, bar none. It is a shame that they haven't gotten the recognition of other American chocolate companies. Museum is great, and anyone who loves or is interested in Chocolate should visit and enjoy the site.

A visit to Wilbur's took about 20 minutes. Was nice to sea them make fudge and chocolate candy. The have chocolate "buds" out for tasting, both sweet and semi dark. If you're a chocoholic or connoisseur of the cocoa, you will be disappointed. The finished product is not up there with the high end chocolates. The cocoa % is not shown... More

HMR52, we're sorry to hear that our products did not meet your standards. As far as the chocolate content goes, it of course depends on WHICH type of chocolate you are consuming. For instance, we have 10 different types of dark chocolates and 12 different types of milk chocolates. If it helps, our semisweet (dark) Buds contain 50% cocoa solids.... More
