The mums were gorgeous with several varieties, colors, and sizes to choose from. Traffic flow direction should be posted - a few very rude people clogging... More

One of the things that makes Lewisburg a special small town is the Wednesday morning farmers market on Fairgrounds Road, just north of Route 45. Not all the food is locally grown, but this is actually good because the food wholesalers allow you to purchase good quality at below grocery store prices year around. There were more vendors than I expected for this size of community. Great choices, value priced prepared food/beverages, great home grown vegetables etc. Of course there were vendors that were wholesale but they did post homegrown so you could tell what was what. Also had craft items as well. This was fun and we will be back to do our... More

Sometimes it is crowded but there is a reason for the throng. A wide variety of produce, plants, meats, candies, cheese, bread and even coffee beans. Food gems can be found in various corners and stands that are unavailable in grocery stores. Some items are fresh from a farm; herbs, eggs, apples, cider, honey, vegetables and more. Yes, there are... More

If you have not visited here yet you will want to put this on your Wednesday "to do" list. It is a truly full service market with lical vegetables, eggs, meats and a host of other necessities as well as many important items not always found in markets. Shop here first, and you will cut your grocery store time considerably.... More
