We went to the dinner theater and enjoyed a very good meal before the show and lots of dessert choices and ice cream. The show was very good - I'd not seen Phantom of the Opera, but have heard lots about it. This was really good.

First time ever being there in early August for the Mary Poppins play. Dinner was great and the show was first class. We had the sit down meal, not the buffet. Excellent wait staff too ! Had a great time and will definitely go back. In fact, I can't hardly wait to go again. They also have a gift shop... More

We enjoyed seeing "Phantom of the Opera" very much. The cast was extremely talented and their voices were extraordinary. The acting was very moving and emotional, and these actors really know their craft. Wherever you sit in the theater you can see the stage. The buffet was excellent and delicious with prime rib, salad, vegetables, dessert, etc. Service was good and... More

We watched Mary Poppins and the cast was phenomenal. Excellent show! It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Food was good, and there were more desserts than you can even try. I wouldn't go in expecting gourmet cuisine, but definitely more along the lines of comfort food. It was tasty, and well prepared. Had a really great... More

Phantom was perhaps the best show I have seen at the Dutch Apple, or anywhere else. The cast was amazing. Each performer had an incredible voice, loud and clear. The audio system was flawless as usual. The sets were fantastic, and changed without distractions. Terrific story, terrific acting. Simply a great show, not to miss! As usual, the buffet was... After coming to the area for ten years, we have done most of the activities. This was one that I wish we had found earlier. The evening was as enjoyable as Sight & Sound but this included dinner for the same price as S&S. The food was buffet style * was actually good. The performance was outstanding. We saw Mary... More

We planned a visit to Pennsylvania Dutch country to take our two 10-yr. old granddaughters to see Mary Poppins at the Dutch Apple Theater. There is very little child- appropriate live theater available, especially in the summer, so Dutch Apple fit the bill perfectly. For a buffet dinner and live theater with a live orchestra, the price is quite reasonable.... More

We started a tradition of attending DADT productions about three years ago when our goddaughter visits from Texas. We have seen The Music Man, Oklahoma, and Mary Poppins with her and Million Dollar Quartet with other family members. Thanks to these wonderful local productions I have been converted to a "theater guy" where I certainly was not before. Each of... More

Two travelers from Baltimore in their 60's had a ball at "Mary Poppins". The voices were ideally suited to the characters: the costumes and sets were extremely professional. The small orchestra was the icing on the cake..talented and "spit-spot" on! The seats were comfortable and offered a lovely view. The buffet was much better than dinner theatre fare in the... More

Mary Poppins was very nice. We had a table in front with excellent viewing. The buffet was good, would have liked a pasta like ziti and meatballs instead of shells and cheese. Prime rib was delicious as was the ham. Shawn was a wonderful waiter, took great care of our table. All in all we had a very good time.
